Join Our Team as an Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP Analyst! Are you an experienced ERP Analyst looking to make an impact? At UniFirst, we offer a dynamic environment where you will oversee business processes for Oracle Fusion ERP solutions, focusing on Finance - General Ledger (GL) and HCM Core. In this challenging role, you'll play a key part in ensuring effective implementation, documentation, monitoring, and auditing of ERP solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead the implementation of comprehensive business solutions by utilizing Oracle Cloud Fusion technology to simplify and enhance Financial and HCM operations. Conduct business process reengineering activities in collaboration with business units to align with the UniFirst Global Template. Work on integration solutions with third-party applications, focusing on master data management and financial transactions. Partner with strategic implementation partners in designing, testing, and deploying new or enhanced functionality. Ensure that Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) and Technical Specification Documents (TSDs) are accurate and approved before build stages. Develop and implement test scripts, supporting defect management, and maintain thorough documentation. Evaluate and identify opportunities for new functionalities within Oracle EBS that support business processes. Facilitate periodic global meetings, track critical KPIs, and conduct ongoing business process evaluations with business stakeholders. Analyze Oracle Cloud Fusion updates for potential impacts on the business processes and handle quarterly patch releases. Support development of documentation and training materials for end users and super users. Collaborate with IT teams and support UniFirst's Oracle Cloud Fusion infrastructure for continual improvement projects. This is a hybrid role requiring 50% on-site attendance and increased presence for key strategic initiatives. Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field. Minimum of ten years of experience in deploying technical or functional solutions on the Oracle ERP platform, with a focus on R12. At least seven years of experience with R12 Financial and Core HCM solutions. A minimum of five years working with Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP solutions. Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for data analysis and problem resolution. Experience managing project estimates, leading change management processes, and supporting SOX compliance. Exceptional project management and facilitation skills, with a focus on process design and optimization. Strong ability to foster relationships with functional leaders and maintain accountability for deliverables.
