Oracle Cloud ERP Technical / Functional Lead
specializing in Finance and HR Systems! You will take the lead in managing global business processes for our Oracle Fusion ERP solutions, particularly in Finance (General Ledger) and HCM Core functionalities. Finance Solutions:
Drive the implementation of Oracle's Cloud Fusion capabilities to enhance our General Ledger, Sub Ledger Accounting, Organization Structure, Chart of Accounts, and Period End Close processes. HCM Solutions:
Utilize the core functionality from Cloud Fusion ERP to improve employee access, expense reimbursement, and streamline workflow approvals. Collaboration:
Work in partnership with our Managed Services Partner to maintain efficient supply chain planning processes, provide functional help desk support, and ensure successful quarterly updates from Oracle. Key Responsibilities: Lead the implementation of comprehensive business solutions using Oracle Cloud Fusion technology for Finance and HCM functionalities. Facilitate business process reengineering with various business units to ensure alignment with the UniFirst Global Template solution. Ensure successful integration with third-party applications, focusing on master data management and financial transactions. Partner with strategic implementation partners to design, configure, test, and deploy new functionalities and modules. Manage the definition and review of Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) and Technical Specification Documents (TSDs) prior to build activities. Create and validate test scripts for various testing phases; support defect management and maintain auditing documentation. Maintain a strict adherence to approved change management processes for implementing system changes. Support the development of training materials and conduct training for Process Owners, Super Users, and End Users as needed. Analyze quarterly updates from Oracle Cloud Fusion and evaluate their impact on our defined business processes. Collaboratively track and manage critical KPIs across business processes while supporting both business analytics and reporting requirements. Develop and execute project plans for implementing new functionalities and enhancements. Ensure high Master Data Management quality during business unit transitions and ongoing operations. Support UniFirst's infrastructure needs associated with continuous improvement projects. Qualifications: BS/BA in Information Technology or a related functional area. A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in deploying technical/functional solutions on the Oracle ERP platform. At least seven (7) years of expertise with Financial and Core HCM solutions in R12. A minimum of five (5) years of experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP solutions. Proven experience integrating Oracle applications with third-party solutions and supporting project financial cutover activities. Strong operational experience in standard GL transactions and the financial close process. Proficient in SQL and PL/SQL for data extraction and analysis. Why Join Us?
