Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Patient Care Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for following established processes and protocols while collaborating effectively with all care team members. Your efforts will support our organization's vision and mission, ensuring excellent customer service while adhering to Lean processes. You will help our teams achieve their financial, clinical, and service objectives.
Work Schedule:
40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, between 7 AM and 5 PM AZ time. Location:
2905 W. Warner Rd. Suite 12, Chandler, AZ Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional service to all patients and customers. Greet patients and manage check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accurate demographic and insurance information. Collect copays and adhere to all financial handling policies. Schedule appointments, confirming the correct visit type and primary care provider. Maintain cleanliness and order in the waiting area while keeping patients informed about any relevant information. Collaborate with back-office staff to facilitate smooth patient flow. Address and resolve service issues or complaints, escalating to management or clinical staff when necessary. Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Preferred Qualifications: Experience with data analysis software. Compensation for this role is contingent upon several factors, including local labor markets, education, and work experience. The hourly pay range is $17.74 to $31.63 for full-time positions.
