Healthcare Patient Coordinator

is instrumental in executing set processes and protocols that enhance patient care. You will work collaboratively with the care team, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the organization's financial and clinical objectives while adhering to Lean processes. Schedule:

Monday - Friday, within the hours of 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (8-hour shifts). Supervisor will determine shift. Location:

7600 N 15th St Ste 190 Phoenix, AZ 85020 Key Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a welcoming and positive experience. Demonstrate empathy, professionalism, and efficiency in all interactions. Schedule appointments and procedures according to established guidelines. Utilize various computer and phone systems to address patient needs effectively. Verify patient information and accurately document it in their Electronic Health Record (EPIC). Required Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED (or higher). At least 1 year of customer service experience. Minimum 1 year of Microsoft Office experience. A valid US driver's license. Preferred Qualifications: At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting. Understanding of CPT/ICD-10 coding. Proven experience in delivering high-quality customer service. Independent means of transportation for job-related tasks. Bilingual in English/Spanish or English/Tagalog. Soft Skills: Outstanding communication skills and professional phone etiquette. Compensation for this role ranges from $17.74 to $31.63 per hour depending on factors like local labor markets, education, and experience.
