Business Law/Investment Management Senior Counsel or Associate
Quarles & Brady LLP seeks a transactional associate with at least three years of experience or a senior counsel with at least eight years of experience to join the investment management team of our Business Law Group in one of our office locations. Office Locations:
Chicago, Denver, Indianapolis, Madison, Milwaukee, Minneapolis, Naples, Phoenix, San Diego, St. Louis, Tampa, Tucson, Washington D.C. The ideal candidate would have experience in a wide variety of investment management matters, including investment adviser, investment company, and broker-dealer regulatory compliance and formation; institutional investor representation; private fund formation; transactions in the investment management space; and other general corporate work. Excellent academic credentials and strong organizational skills are a must. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with both lawyers and non-lawyers inside and outside the firm are essential. How to apply:
