Location: Coastal New Jersey Suburbs
Salary: $55,000 $65,000 + Medical, Dental, Vision, and PTO
License Required: Active NJ Property & Casualty License

Personal Lines Account Manager
to join their dedicated team. The agency is known for its supportive environment, work-life balance, and strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities Manage a personal lines book (home, auto, umbrella, etc.)
Handle renewals, endorsements, and day-to-day client service
Provide coverage guidance and process policy changes
Collaborate with carriers to ensure timely, accurate servicing
Maintain client records in the agency management system
Qualifications Active NJ Property & Casualty license
2+ years of experience in a personal lines account management role
Strong customer service and communication skills
Familiarity with insurance software systems
