Responsibilities
As a Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining operating system workstations and servers, including web servers. You will support the multi-enclave environment (Unclassified, Secret, and Top Secret/SCI) that enables users to collaboratively perform their work using a variety of tools and applications.
Job Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain operating system workstations and servers
Perform software installations and upgrades to operating systems and layered software packages
Schedule installations and upgrades in accordance with established IT policies and procedures
Monitor and tune systems to achieve optimum performance levels
Ensure workstation/server data integrity by implementing appropriate software and hardware solutions
Ensure data/media recoverability through system backups and database archive operations
Develop and promote standard operating procedures
Conduct routine hardware and software audits to ensure compliance with standards and configurations
Develop and maintain comprehensive operating system hardware and software configuration databases
Support analytical tool infrastructure
Participate in Program Increments (PIs) and Agile Release Train (ART) activities
Respond to and resolve critical incidents within designated resolution timelines
Required Qualifications
Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and ability to obtain a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.
US Citizenship is required.
Experience with virtualization technologies
Understanding of security requirements in government environment

Bachelor's degree OR Master's degree with 5 years of experience OR Associate degree with 8 years of experience OR High School/Diploma with 11 years of experience,
Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems administration

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis' total compensation package.
