Position Details:
Type:
Full-time, contract-to-hire potential
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 7a-3p
Pay:
$20-$25/hour
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients upon arrival
Working front-office and maintaining EPIC in-basket
Schedule follow-up appointments and manage provider calendars
Answer and route incoming calls in a professional manner
Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous customer service experience required (healthcare background preferred)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Entry-level friendly, open to varied work experience
