Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable 3rd Shift Document Processing Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for handling incoming mail, preparing and scanning documents, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data entered into our workflow system. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and possesses strong organizational and technical skills.

Monday to Friday 12:00AM to 9:00AM

Key Responsibilities

Open and sort incoming mail using electronic and manual tools

Review and identify mail contents as processable or non-processable

Prepare documents for scanning:

Arrange pages in correct order

Insert administrative sheets as needed

Identify originals vs. copies

Complete batch cover sheets

Scan documents using a desktop scanner and upload to the workflow system

Verify image clarity and page completeness

Release scanned batches into the system

Store physical documents in labeled batch boxes (by date and batch number)

Audit batch boxes for accuracy before secure document destruction

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required

Must pass background check, fingerprinting, and credit check

Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially:

Outlook

Word

Excel (data entry)

Able to work with multiple screens and navigate various systems simultaneously

Typing speed of at least 55 WPM and proficient in 10-key entry

Prior experience in data entry or administrative support is a plus

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Comfortable in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
