Responsibilities:

Manage a team of individuals who work in imaging, indexing and client data maintenance Training / Development of Associates Time Management / Payroll/ Time-off Requests Productivity / Performance Management

Open mail using both electronic and manual opening devices

Identify the contents of each envelope as either processable or not processable

Prepare processable documents for scanning

Put document pages in the correct order

Insert admin sheets as needed

Identify if documents are original or copies

Fill out a batch cover sheet

Scan documents into the company's workflow system using a desktop scanner

Ensure that the electronic images are clear and that all pages were captured

Release the document into the workflow system

Store documents in batch boxes by date and batch number

Audit batch boxes for errors before secure destruction Location & Commitments

Permanent, full-time position

Monday to Friday

8AM to 5PM

Requires 2 hours of overtime on the day immediately following a holiday (unless the Associate has a scheduled day off on that day)

Voluntary overtime will be requested as needed.

Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent

Must be able to pass background check, fingerprint check and credit check

Must have supervisory experience leading and managing a team

Must be fully proficient in using the following Microsoft tools.

Outlook

Word

Excel – data entry

Must be able to use multiple screens to navigate multiple systems/windows

Must be able to type 55WPM and use 10-key

Prior experience data entry or administrative services a plus

Good written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable working in a fast- paced environment

Comfortable working under a deadline

Strong attention to detail
