We are seeking a passionate, dedicated, and experienced Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, handling a diverse caseload that includes Personal Injury, Insurance, Commercial Litigation, Criminal Law, Workers Compensation, and Legal Documents. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in these areas, along with a deep commitment to client service. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent negotiation skills, a keen attention to detail, and a strong ability to work under pressure.
Responsibilities
As a Permanent Associate Attorney, your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to
Representing clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents, contracts, and agreements. Conducting legal research and analysis to advise clients on their legal rights and obligations. Developing and implementing legal strategies for complex cases in Personal Injury, Insurance, Commercial Litigation, Criminal Law, and Workers Compensation. Providing legal advice to clients on a wide range of legal matters. Collaborating with team members to ensure a comprehensive approach to case management. Staying updated on current laws and regulations to provide accurate legal advice.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have
A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. A minimum of 5 years of experience as an attorney with a strong focus on Personal Injury, Insurance, Commercial Litigation, Criminal Law, Legal Documents, and Workers Compensation. Admission to the state bar. Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents. Strong knowledge of legal principles and practices, as well as the ability to interpret laws, regulations, and court decisions. Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills. The ability to manage multiple cases with varying deadlines and priorities. A strong commitment to ethical and professional conduct. The ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
