Madison, WI . Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain reports and multi-level dashboards in Tableau Intermediate to advanced Tableau skillset; Tableau Certification required: Desktop Specialist; Desktop Certified Associate preferred Knowledge of best practices in data visualization; create visualizations which communicate effectively Develop ad hoc supplemental dashboards to address pressing issues Experience developing training content and delivering training to others on the use of Tableau Data collection, querying, and analysis experience Experience creating ad-hoc BusinessObjects Web Intelligence reports Collaborate with end users and stakeholders to identify needs, goals and metric measurements to create easy-to-understand products Some Business Analyst skills: experience gathering and refining requirements, interviewing business users to understand and document data requirements, creating mockups and prototypes to validate requirements for proposed data visualization solutions Strong attention to detail; ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally; work with both business users and technical teams Develop impactful presentations and documents; strive to achieve and exceed goals; accountable for your work A desire for the team to succeed above personal preferences; passion to constantly learn and develop new skills Must Have
Problem resolution (development and implementation) Respond to customer requests (verbally and in writing) Expertise in implementation of large, complicated models and processes Administration – Technical writing Experience in Technical Writing and Documentation Ability to be self-directed Able to work independently Analytical/problem solving skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Excellent organization, analytical, and communication skills Data analysis Develop design specifications Information Technology – Languages/Tools Business Objects or other BI tools Dashboarding/Tableau Conduct unit and system tests Develop Test Plans, Test Cases, and Test Procedures Identify defects Interpret test results Nice To Have
