Data Management & Analysis Lead
We are seeking a highly motivated Data Management & Analysis Lead to oversee the maintenance and updating of project tracking databases while leading the transition of team information to new collaboration platforms. This role is pivotal in supporting technology and feature market analysis to identify opportunities in North America and involves technology scouting activities to translate high potential items into actionable insights. Responsibilities
Lead the maintenance and update of project tracking databases, including coding and programming them. Guide the transition of team information to new collaboration platforms, such as Notion and Teams, including platform identification and team member education. Support technology and feature market analysis aimed at identifying opportunities in North America. Participate in technology scouting activities, summarizing information in reports and working with team members to translate high potential items into actions. Propose and execute value-added activities that deliver strategic insights or provide additional value to internal stakeholders. Essential Skills
At least 5 years of experience in business analytics, project management, database development, or a similar field. Expertise in data management, project management, and business analytics. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerBI, and Tableau. Flexibility to adapt to changing job priorities and tasks. Ability to work independently and in small teams in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Proficiency with MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel. Additional Skills & Qualifications

This position requires working 40 hours a week, onsite at the R&D facility, Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm. The contract is open-ended, with a minimum expected duration of one year. Hybrid based work schedule. Job Type & Location
