Note: For technical and other select roles, the first day will be spent at our HQ in Medford, MA to facilitate onboarding. Willingness to travel is required for on-site team meetings from time to time. Role Description and Mission

The Lead Data Analyst plays a pivotal role in leading data-driven initiatives within the organization, bridging the gap between raw data and strategic insights. This position operates with a high level of autonomy, dissecting complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights that inform critical business decisions. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments to translate data insights into tangible strategies that enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth. Key Outcomes

Product Analytics & Experimentation: Lead analytics and data science solutions to optimize decision-making across product lifecycle stages. Conduct rigorous A/B testing and experimentation to evaluate product features, user experiences, and pricing strategies. Analyze results to inform iterative improvements and drive conversion optimization. Include product performance metrics, customer segmentation, and market trends to support product development. Performance Monitoring: Design and maintain real-time dashboards for KPIs; perform in-depth analyses to identify trends and areas for improvement; provide recommendations to support operational efficiency and strategic initiatives. Insight Generation: Use quantitative analysis and data storytelling to uncover actionable insights that drive business growth; translate complex data into clear narratives for stakeholders. Advanced Analytics: Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to develop models that deepen understanding of customer behavior and market dynamics; translate findings into actionable strategies with senior leadership. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and other teams to prioritize and execute data-driven projects; advise on analytics best practices and ensure alignment with goals. Skills, Education, & Experience

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field. Experience: 8+ years in data analytics, business analytics, consulting, or related roles. Technical Skills : Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools (e.g., Sigma, Tableau, PowerBI). Experience with cloud data platforms such as Google BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift. Strong understanding of statistical techniques (e.g., Regression, A/B Testing, Causal Inference) and their business applications. Familiarity with machine learning, NLP, and advanced analytics techniques. Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills for non-technical stakeholders. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical abilities to translate business requirements into actionable analytics solutions. Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage projects independently and in teams with attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications

Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and distributed computing. Knowledge of data engineering processes, including ETL. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. Previous experience in a technical role at a top-tier professional services or leading technology company. Compensation and Location

The anticipated closing date for this role is October 27, 2025. The base salary range for new hires in this position is $110,000 - $150,000 USD, with final base salary determined by location, experience, and skills. Location: Medford, MA. Benefits and Workplace
