Construction Project Manager
We are seeking a dedicated Construction Project Manager with a minimum of one year of experience in project management and at least two years of expertise in cold form metal, drywall, and acoustical ceilings. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing commercial projects, ranging from $1 million to $10 million, including schools, hospitals, and multifamily residences. Experience with RFIs, pricing, changes, and client representation is essential. Proficiency in quick bid and onscreen takeoff is required. Manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Coordinate and oversee work on drywall and framing for commercial projects. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships. Handle RFIs, pricing, and project changes efficiently. Utilize quick bid and onscreen takeoff tools for project planning and execution. Work on multiple projects simultaneously, with the possibility of handling up to ten projects depending on their size. Minimum of one year of experience as a Project Manager. At least two years of experience in cold form metal, drywall, and acoustical ceilings. Proficiency in drywall, framing, project management, and construction management. Experience with RFIs. Knowledge of quick bid and onscreen takeoff processes. Strong relationship-building skills.
