We are conducting a
confidential search
for a professional and compassionate
Medical Receptionist
to support a busy healthcare practice. The ideal candidate will provide excellent patient service while managing front office responsibilities in a fast-paced medical setting.
Key Responsibilities Greet and check in patients with professionalism and courtesy Answer and manage multi-line phone system and patient inquiries Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments Handle check-in/check-out, collect co-pays, and verify patient information Perform patient reminder calls and manage scheduling follow-ups Support providers with communications, paging, and administrative needs Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with office procedures Qualifications Previous medical receptionist or healthcare office experience preferred MediClear Certification or CHP credential Strong computer and EMR (Electronic Medical Records) skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Ability to manage sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task in a team environment Compensation & Benefits $24 - $34 per hour (based on experience) Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company matching Paid time off Life insurance
