Oversee all aspects of the quality management system across multiple manufacturing sites globally Set and drive global quality strategy to meet customer expectations Manage product and process quality to meet customer satisfaction metrics through formal continuous improvement program Manage customer quality requirements through documentation review, process capability/control, and detailed inspection plans Presentation of business unit level quality metrics to corporate management Lead or facilitate continuous improvement initiatives across both development engineering and manufacturing organizations Manage customer quality requirements through documentation review, process capability/control, and development engineering phase gate management Responsible for quality planning of customer programs which involves leading cross functional teams in a global capacity Responsible for managing all quality related aspects of customer and supplier relationships, including management of both customer and supplier corrective action processes Qualifications
