Manage and lead in a multiunit capacity. Provide and model best-in-class guest service: promptly greet guests; respond to guest questions/concerns quickly, effectively, and courteously; assist guests with meeting their video gaming needs; inform guests of special promotions; recommend additional items as appropriate; apply all selling behaviors during every transaction and thank every guest for shopping at GameStop; prioritize guests over tasks and circulate throughout the store. Support the total shopping environment, including visual and operational elements, current sales initiatives, and guest relationships that lead to sales and repeat business. Process guest purchases/returns using the POS system; handle transactions accurately and ensure top-notch guest service. Respond to guest comments or questions in person or on the phone; answer calls promptly and professionally. Promote GameStop’s guest benefits, including the new title reservations program, trade-in program, and Pro Rewards loyalty program. Recruit, interview, hire, assess, develop, and retain high-performing associates; ensure onboarding and training are completed prior to opening or closing shifts. Communicate regularly with store associates and the District Manager to implement store initiatives; set guest service expectations and train associates accordingly. Schedule store associates and manage staffing to ensure optimum guest service; approve payroll and related timekeeping; ensure associates are paid for time worked. Provide recognition and feedback to associates; maintain records in the HR system as required. Maintain a neat, clean, and organized store; ensure merchandise is merchandised per guidelines; ensure store fixtures and equipment are in proper working order. Fulfill Omni-Channel orders daily and manage inventory counts; move product from stock to sales floor to ensure representation and organization. Protect company assets through inventory control and loss prevention practices; monitor and address safety and security concerns; conduct bank deposits as required. Lead the store team in meeting or exceeding sales, profit, and shrink goals and complete administrative duties as needed. Balance daily transactions in the POS system; manage closeout paperwork and cash handling per guidelines. Verify shipments for discrepancies, conduct inventories, and communicate discrepancies to leadership; process defectives/recalls and stock pulls accurately. Maintain awareness of guest and associate safety; report injuries per guidelines; keep store records/files neat and organized. Build professional partnerships with appropriate military personnel for stores located on military bases, if applicable. Adhere to GameStop policies and procedures as outlined in the Associate Handbook and Code of Standards, Ethics & Conduct. Qualifications

Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States; must be at least 18 years old. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, merchandising, or related field preferred. At least 1 year of retail management experience required; at least 3 years of retail sales/guest service/leadership experience preferred. Video game knowledge is preferred. Key Skills and Abilities

Excellent people skills with an outgoing, welcoming personality. Ability to provide genuine, individualized assistance to every guest. Clear verbal and written communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Ability to work independently and as a team leader; meet leadership performance expectations. Operate a Point-of-Sale (POS) system and perform basic math and recordkeeping accurately. Ability to follow instructions, complete required paperwork, and work in a fast-paced environment. Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and possible overtime. Resilience under pressure and strong problem-solving skills; reliable and trustworthy with sound judgment. Ability to stand and move for extended periods and to lift up to 30 lbs as needed. Pay $25.18 - $33.18 per hour
