Lead Applications Engineer Would you like the opportunity to work for an Oilfield Services Company? Do you enjoy working in collaborative teams and solving technical problems? Join our Artificial Lift team! Partner with the best Responsibilities include designing, troubleshooting, and optimizing Electrical Submersible Pump (ESP) systems. Collaborate closely with sales and operations to develop an operational yearly plan for assigned customers. Suggest improvements in products, processes, and procedures. As a Lead Applications Engineer, your key responsibilities will be: Providing technical guidance and support to create solutions for customers. Collaborating with senior leadership to specify needs, communicate about projects, and present research outcomes. Choosing appropriate project techniques and approaches based on your technical expertise. Managing diverse clients within a region, working within predefined contracts and frameworks.

Fuel your passion To succeed in this role, you should: Possess a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of relevant experience. Have at least 3 years of experience in Artificial Lift and Electrical Submersible Pump systems technical support. Be capable of leading and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously. Be a team player, able to work independently, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
