Salary: $110,000 - $125,000 per year A Bit About Us: We are seeking a dynamic, passionate, and experienced Litigation Attorney to join our team in the Legal Industry. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of complex litigation matters, including civil litigation, personal injury, premises liability, and lien and collections litigation. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a strong communicator, and have a proven track record of managing multiple cases and projects. Manage all phases of litigation from inception to resolution, including trial preparation, discovery, depositions, negotiations, and settlements. Represent clients in court or before government agencies, presenting evidence to defend or prosecute lawsuits. Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses and advise clients concerning business transactions, claim liability, advisability of prosecuting or defending lawsuits, or legal rights and obligations. Conduct research, interview clients and witnesses, and handle other details in preparation for trial. Prepare and draft legal documents, such as wills, deeds, patent applications, mortgages, leases, and contracts. Develop strategies and arguments in preparation for presentation of cases. Handle premises liability, personal injury, civil litigation, and lien and collections litigation. Qualifications
Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Must be a member in good standing with the state bar. Minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation, with a focus on civil litigation, insurance defense, personal injury, premises liability, and lien and collections litigation. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate effectively in court and with clients, both verbally and in writing. Proven track record of managing multiple cases and projects, with the ability to work well under pressure. Experience in trial preparation, discovery, depositions, negotiations, and settlements. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound legal arguments. Proficient in legal research and writing. High degree of professional ethics and integrity. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
