Typically, ranges from $160,000–$200,000, depending on experience and qualifications Billable Expectation:
1,500–1,560 hours/year (approx. 6 hours/day) Bonus:
Eligible based on performance and collections We are a boutique, high-performing trust and estate firm handling complex matters at the intersection of litigation, administration, taxation, real property, and business disputes. We’re looking to hire an Associate Attorney who thrives on solving real legal problems—someone who wants to go beyond form documents and do meaningful, substantive work. You’ll be trained and mentored directly by a dual-certified specialist in Trusts & Estates and Taxation, and you’ll also be expected to think for yourself, take ownership, and operate with independence and initiative.

About the Role You’ll work across a wide range of matters, including trust and estate litigation, conservatorships, estate and trust administration, tax-related issues, real property disputes, probate proceedings, and business ownership conflicts. Our clients include fiduciaries, beneficiaries, trustees, and family members—often in high-value, high-stakes, or high-conflict situations. You will: Handle litigation strategy, motion practice, and discovery Research and analyze complex legal and factual issues Draft pleadings, legal memoranda, and real property documents Work directly with clients, courts, and experts Learn how tax, title, entity law, and trust law intersect in real-world disputes This is not an assembly-line practice—we do serious, impactful work, and we enjoy it.
