Overview Hawryluk Advisors has been retained exclusively by Aramco Services Company (ASC), the Houston-based wholly owned subsidiary of Saudi Aramco, to find a 10+ year senior employment attorney for its Law Department in Houston, Texas.

Provide proactive and solutions-focused legal advice to HR and business leaders on matters such as employee relations, wage and hour compliance, terminations, performance management, discrimination, and harassment. Draft, review, and update employment agreements, separation agreements, employee handbooks, and policies. Ensure all employment practices are compliant with applicable laws and reflect the operational realities of the oil and gas sector. Conduct or oversee sensitive internal investigations related to employee conduct, workplace complaints, and compliance issues, and ensure impartiality, timeliness, and appropriate outcomes. Partner with HR teams to identify and mitigate employment-related risks across ASC multi-state operations. Stay abreast of relevant legal and regulatory changes. Design and deliver legal training sessions for HR professionals, managers, and employees to promote compliance and foster a respectful, legally compliant workplace culture. Manage outside counsel work and relations. Guide and support junior legal staff in the areas of employment law and professional development. Collaborate with executives and cross-functional teams to provide strategic business advice. Perform other duties as assigned. Each attorney at ASC Law has broad responsibility and autonomy over their day-to-day practice. Requirements

J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school. Licensed, admitted to practice, and in good standing in the U.S. At least 10+ years of practice with a large law firm or company. Capacity to exercise sound, independent judgment. Strong working knowledge of federal and state employment laws (e.g., FLSA, Title VII, ADA, FMLA). Leadership skills, a strong work ethic, and ability to adhere to company work hours, policies, and standard business etiquette. Management experience is highly preferred.
