You'll lead fundraising and grant management, and engage with major donors to help ensure we continue to be a force for good in the community. You’ll also have the chance to: Develop innovative fundraising strategies, from major gifts to capital campaigns. Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, corporations, and foundations. Lead grant management efforts to secure vital resources. Key Responsibilities
Leadership: Guide the Resource Development team and act as a visionary for future fundraising initiatives. Fundraising: Drive strategies for major gifts, planned giving, corporate partnerships, and annual campaigns. Grant Management: Identify and pursue grant opportunities while ensuring compliance with reporting requirements. Administration: Report progress to the CEO and Board, manage donor records, and ensure reconciliation with the Finance Department. Team Management: Lead and inspire a team of development and grant professionals. What You’ll Bring
A Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Proven success in fundraising, including major gifts, annual campaigns, and grant writing. Stellar communication and relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders. Strong leadership abilities and experience managing a high-performing team. A passion for our mission and a commitment to driving positive change. A desire to travel and engage with our communities frequently. What We Offer
