The CDE will be instrumental in crafting and implementing a strategic fundraising plan that resonates with our vision, cultivating and nurturing relationships with major donors, foundations, and corporate partners, while also overseeing our donor stewardship programs. Key responsibilities include: Identifying and pursuing new funding opportunities Coordinating engaging fundraising events Collaborating with the marketing and communications teams to showcase the impact of donor contributions Providing leadership and mentorship to the development team Maintaining comprehensive tracking of fundraising activities to ensure ethical practices The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree (master's preferred) with substantial experience in fundraising, donor relations, and business development. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, along with strategic planning proficiency, are essential. Experience with donor database systems and fundraising software, as well as a solid grasp of nonprofit fundraising trends, will greatly benefit applicants.
