Responsible for building impactful AIML models and generating insights that contribute to our business. Build cutting-edge technologies and analytical methods which help business leaders across the company make data-driven decisions and optimize activities. Play a key role in executing technical requirements for business opportunities. Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to continue building their expertise and drive growth for our brands.

Your Contributions (include, but are not limited to) Implement and manage AIML models for use cases such as HCP marketing, sales lead generation/targeting, spend optimization, segmentation, customer churn Advance the level of AIML sophistication at Neurocrine, ensuring the use of cutting-edge tools and approaches that drive the business Triage and manage workstreams with offshore and/or vendor resources Create insightful stories/messaging around business challenges that help non-technical colleagues make sense of complex solutions Develop an understanding of available data sources, including capture methodologies, business operations, and manage appropriate advanced analytics solutions accordingly Identify business opportunities for data science to solve unmet business needs Foster a collaborative, positive and intellectually curious environment that encourages democratization of Commercial Advanced Analytics capabilities Other duties as assigned

Requirements BS/BA degree and 6+ year track record of innovating through machine learning and statistical algorithms and their business applications. Preferred industry experience in healthcare or biopharma; finance and consumer goods also considered (OR) Master's degree preferred and 4+ years of similar experience PhD and 2+ years of similar experience Knowledge of best practices in the functional discipline and familiarity with broader concepts of related business disciplines Works to improve tools and processes within the functional area Developing reputation inside the company as it relates to area of expertise Ability to work as part of and lead multiple teams Exhibits leadership skill and ability, typically leads lower levels and/or indirect teams Excellent computer skills Excellent communications, problem-solving, analytical thinking skills Sees broader picture and impact on multiple departments/divisions Ability to meet multiple deadlines across a variety of projects/programs with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency Excellent project management skills Working knowledge of methods for collecting and analyzing secondary data, primary market research, and competitive intelligence Strong communication skills (verbal and written); ability to work cross-functionally with non-technical stakeholders Proven experience with the AIML technology stack (Python, Snowflake, Databricks, libraries, etc.) and other development and distributed computing platforms Experience with biopharmaceutical market data, including patient-level claims data, detailing, shipment, and related datasets Business knowledge of pharmaceutical sales, marketing and access/reimbursement with the ability to identify market drivers, trends, issues Track record of innovating through machine learning and statistical algorithms and their applications

Compensation & Benefits The annual base salary we reasonably expect to pay is $130,100.00-$188,550.00. Individual pay decisions depend on location, role complexity, duties, and relevant experience. This position offers an annual bonus with a target of 30% of base salary and eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program. Benefits include a retirement savings plan (with company match), paid vacation, holidays and personal days, caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits (medical, prescription drug, dental and vision).
