Base pay range $140,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr Position Director, Talent Solutions, Empowering Organizations with Strategic Talent Solutions; SHRM-SCP, Certified Executive Coach and SHRM AI+HI Certified Position Summary We are seeking a data-driven leader to develop and execute a scalable talent acquisition strategy that attracts, hires, and retains high-performing talent across all levels of the organization. This role focuses on measurable outcomes by leveraging metrics, analytics, and innovative recruiting strategies to align talent acquisition with business priorities. The Director partners closely with executives and hiring managers to forecast workforce needs, optimize recruiting processes, and enhance the employer brand across diverse markets. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Talent Acquisition Collaborate with the CHRO and business leaders to design and implement workforce plans aligned with growth and expansion goals Translate hiring needs into measurable recruiting strategies using KPIs such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire, recruiter efficiency, and source effectiveness Build and maintain recruiting analytics dashboards that provide leadership with real-time insights on hiring progress, pipeline health, and recruiter productivity Recruitment Process Excellence Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and selection to offer and onboarding, ensuring a consistent, high-quality candidate experience Optimize ATS usage (Greenhouse preferred) to track candidate flow, analyze funnel performance, and support data-driven decision-making Continuously improve recruiting processes through technology adoption, automation, and structured interviewing frameworks Employer Brand & Candidate Experience Develop and execute a strong employer brand strategy aligned with the company’s mission, values, and culture to attract top talent across retail and digital channels Enhance the company’s online recruiting presence through social platforms, recruitment marketing campaigns, and community engagement Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Talent Acquisition team with a metrics-focused mindset Define clear recruiter scorecards (e.g., hires per recruiter, conversion rates, pipeline coverage) and drive accountability through regular performance reviews Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by providing training and guidance on workforce planning, interviewing best practices, and talent market insights Onboarding & Retention Support Oversee new hire onboarding programs to ensure smooth assimilation and early retention Partner with HR and business leaders to monitor first-year attrition and drive continuous improvements in onboarding effectiveness Qualifications

10+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including 3-5 years in a leadership role Proven ability to use data, metrics, and analytics to drive recruiting decisions and improve outcomes Experience recruiting across multiple functions and levels, including sales, operations, and corporate roles; financial services experience preferred Bachelor’s degree preferred; advanced degree or certifications in HR, Talent Acquisition, or related fields a plus Expertise with ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred), HR analytics tools, and recruitment marketing technologies Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to influence executives and stakeholders Supervisory Responsibilities

Directly manage the Talent Acquisition team, setting priorities, KPIs, and development plans Seniority level
