We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee all aspects of maintenance and repair at our newest community in San Diego, CA! Responsibilities
Diagnosing and performing or delegating minor and routine maintenance Overseeing and inspecting work performed by maintenance staff Assisting manager in coordinating and directing the maintenance staff and scheduling of maintenance personnel Conducting regularly scheduled safety meetings Maintaining accurate records regarding preventive maintenance requests and expenditures Coordinating or performing equipment maintenance service requests Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years experience as a Maintenance Supervisor Must have experience managing a team of maintenance professionals. Must have maintenance experience with at least 600 units. High-rise maintenance experience required Must have experience in all trades. Must be a team player with a superior customer service attitude. Must have a valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation. Compensation and Benefits
