Experience Level 5+ years of experience in Employment Law, preferably on the management side, handling both litigation and advisory work. What You’ll Do
Defend employers in state and federal court on wage & hour, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination claims Handle case strategy, pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial prep Advise clients on employment policies, handbooks, compliance issues, and risk mitigation Represent clients before the DFEH, EEOC, DLSE, and other administrative agencies Provide training and guidance to employers on workplace practices and regulatory updates Draft and negotiate employment agreements, separation agreements, and related contracts What You Bring
Active California Bar license Strong Litigation Skills, Including Motion Writing And Deposition Experience Proven ability to counsel clients proactively and think like a business partner Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with public entities is a plus, but not required Equal Opportunity
