Director Workday Human Capital Management

These individuals analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. Those in Workday human capital at PwC will focus on providing consulting services for Workday human capital management (HCM) applications. You will analyse client requirements, implement HCM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of Workday HCM applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimise their human resources processes, enhance talent management, and achieve their strategic objectives. Translating the vision, you set the tone, and inspire others to follow. Your role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping the direction of client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders. Responsibilities: Guide and support the growth of future leaders Promote a culture of creativity and excellence within the team Evaluate industry trends to uncover potential growth avenues Uphold professional standards and compliance requirements What You Must Have: Bachelor's Degree 10 years of experience within the Workday product What Sets You Apart: Master's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Human Resources Management, Organizational Management, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology preferred Workday Services functional certification(s) in Integrations, Extend, or Prism preferred Demonstrating thought leadership in digital transformation and cloud integration Designing enterprise integration architecture strategies Guiding data strategy including migrations and reporting integrations Building commercial products using Built on Workday Mentoring junior and mid-level consultants in Workday technologies Promoting a culture of collaboration and inclusion Travel Requirements: Up to 60%
