Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Forklift Driver to join our team. This role involves handling materials in a warehouse environment, including loading/unloading trucks, staging inventory, and supplying production lines. The ideal candidate will be safety-conscious, team-oriented, and capable of working with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely. Load and unload trucks; verify and record quantities. Stage materials by date or lot code; supply production lines. Stretch wrap pallets and verify pallet tags and configurations. Maintain and charge electric forklifts at end of shift. Follow supervisor instructions and company regulations. Use hand trucks, hoists, conveyors, and other equipment. Work under direct supervision and report to a manager. Qualifications
General: Strong attention to detail and time management. Ability to work independently and in a team. Willingness to work overtime as needed. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus. Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S. Education & Experience:
High school diploma or GED required. 2 years of forklift experience preferred. Strong written and verbal communication. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Working Conditions Non-climate-controlled warehouse. Frequent walking, forklift operation, and occasional lifting.
