Travel MRI Tech - $3,132 per week in Saint Louis, MO

Job Title: MRI Tech Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: MRI Tech Duration: 24 weeks Shift: Day 5x8-Hour Hours per Shift: 06:30 - 15:00 Experience: Minimum of 1 year required License: Valid state license required (Pending state license accepted) Certifications: ARRT MR, BLS required Must-Have: Siemens equipment experience required ARRT MR in hand to submit Experience with Outpatient/Inpatient, ER, Level 1 Trauma preferred Description: Must have ARRT MR in hand to submit. Shift is Monday to Friday, 06:30 to 15:00. Rotating day off during the week, with one Saturday a month if needed and one holiday if required. Daily caseload per technician is 100-150. First-timers are accepted. Weekend requirement includes one Saturday a month if needed. No on-call requirement. Clinician may float within the scope to meet facility needs. No floating required to sister facilities. Locals are not accepted; home address must be at least 50 miles from the facility. Request for time off (RTO) is allowed, but no more than 7 days. Special requirements include Siemens equipment experience and possession of BLS and ARRT MR certifications. IV starts and PACS experience are preferred. Preferred skills include experience with abdomen, pelvis, head/neck, chest, breast, spine, musculoskeletal imaging, CINE, diffusion, gradient echo imaging, image post-processing, MIP, MRP, perfusion, peripheral magnetic resonance angiography, spectroscopy, spin echo images, surface coils, and T-1/T-2 weighted images. Preference is for applicants who can work with two of the three software platforms used. Current scanners include Siemens models: Espree, Trio, Aera, Skyra, Sola, and Vida. Facility is a Short Term Acute Care teaching facility with a total of 1259 staffed beds. Charting system used is EPIC.
