Our commitment to people over profits sets us apart, and were seeking a Content Strategist & Copywriter to join our team. This role is pivotal in crafting content strategies and developing engaging copy for clients, driving growth, and ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction. Job Overview
As a Content Strategist & Copywriter, youll craft compelling content strategies and copy for clients in the AEC industry. This role requires creativity, strong writing skills, and the ability to understand each clients brand voice and messaging. Youll work with account managers and clients to deliver impactful content that drives results. Responsibilities Develop and execute content strategies for clients, aligning with their goals and target audiences. Write clear, engaging, and persuasive copy for website content, blogs, social media, and email campaigns. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to brainstorm and implement content ideas. Conduct research to understand industry trends, audience needs, and competitive landscapes. Analyze content performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results. Ensure consistency in brand tone and voice across all content channels. Stay updated on content marketing trends to enhance client strategies.
Qualifications
Proven experience in content strategy and copywriting, ideally within the AEC or digital marketing sector. Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members in a remote setting. Familiarity with SEO best practices and content management systems. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Experience with SEO tools and strategies for driving organic growth. Ability to adapt writing style to different client voices and messaging needs. A passion for storytelling and crafting impactful narratives.
Compensation
Salary range: $56,664 $69,256

36 hour work week* Flexible working hours with optional four day work week* 100% remote environment 100% employer paid medical, dental & vision (employee only) 4 weeks PTO 12 paid holidays 6 personal days 4 optional days after a 90 day ramping period (use this time to volunteer or learn at a conference) 401k with 1:1 match up to 3% Salaried employees work 36 hours per week, and may work whatever combination of days or hours gets them to that amount. Want to work four 9-hour days? Go for it. Want to work seven 5.14 hours days? Great.
