Content Strategist
As a Content Strategist you will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies that align with business goals and enhance customer engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create personalized content across various digital platforms. Your expertise in crafting compelling copy for site merchandising, paid ads, social media, and email campaigns will be crucial in driving brand awareness and customer loyalty. Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $95,000/Year to $115,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans. Develop organic and paid social media content that captures attention and encourages audience interaction. Write compelling email copy that drives engagement and supports marketing campaigns. Analyze content performance metrics to refine strategies and improve effectiveness. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure content remains relevant and competitive. Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of all content assets. Provide guidance and feedback to junior content creators to maintain high-quality standards. Collaborate with SEO specialists to optimize content for search engines and improve visibility. Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent voice and tone. Utilize data-driven insights to inform content decisions and enhance audience engagement. Qualifications
