Job Description
This position involves working on a variety of commercial construction job sites in Roanoke, VA and surrounding areas. The hourly pay ranges from $16 to $18, depending on experience.
Responsibilities
Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials and standing for long periods.
Work in various weather conditions.
Utilize hand and power tools effectively.
Follow blueprints or site plans accurately.
Assist with tasks such as demolition, excavation, and site preparation.
Show up on time and follow safety rules consistently.
Maintain dependability to ensure projects stay on schedule and safe.
Essential Skills
General labor experience in construction.
Understanding of carpentry and building techniques.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
Experience with hand and power tools.
Ability to follow blueprints or site plans.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
2-3 years of construction experience preferred.
Carpentry experience is a plus.
Reliable transportation.
Strong work ethic.
