Senior Project Manager
for its headquarters near Tampa. The
Senior Project Manager
will be responsible for cradle-to-grave project management with large and small General Contractors involved in architectural, municipal, and educational market builds. This leadership role oversees a small team of Project Managers, each handling their own projects. The PM will manage all aspects of projects from planning to implementation and follow-up upon completion. Key responsibilities include: Supervising onsite personnel and contractors; Allocating resources for projects; Coordinating with inspectors, contractors, architects, city planners, engineers, and clients; Contract negotiation. Candidates must meet the following minimum requirements to be considered: 3+ years of experience in construction project management; Proficiency with relevant construction software; Ability to read blueprints and construction documents; Availability to work in the office Monday through Friday.
