What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements - Lead discovery sessions to gather and document business processes, particularly utilizing Salesforce Service Cloud - Collaborate with developers, architects, and QA teams to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions - Support and train end-users to drive adoption of new tools and functionality in Customer Support/Call Center environments - Monitor platform performance and propose continuous improvements aligned with business KPIs
What is Required (Qualifications): - Active Salesforce Administrator Certification - Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, including strong understanding of Service Cloud features - Proven track record in gathering, documenting, and managing complex business and system requirements - Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical language - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience with tools such as JIRA
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud or CPQ - Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field - Experience in the healthcare industry or other regulated environments - Understanding of data analysis or SQL - Experience with wireframes/mockups and UX design tools
