Cloud Solution Architect (CSA)
We're seeking a Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) with deep expertise across Azure workloads, including AI, Applications, Infrastructure, and Data, who is passionate about solving complex challenges and helping enterprise customers accelerate their digital transformation. In this senior, customer-facing role, you'll lead strategic technical engagements, advise C-level executives, and partner with Customer Success Leaders to shape and execute cloud strategies that drive innovation and business value. You'll guide customers through architecture design, deployment, and operational excellence, helping them scale AI solutions, modernize applications, and optimize infrastructure on Microsoft Azure. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by enabling customers to realize the full potential of the cloud. Responsibilities: Lead architecture and delivery of complex Azure-based solutions for enterprise and government clients. Analyze and mitigate critical service outages, aiding the customer to get back in operation as quick as possible keeping customers experience mission as top priority. Partner with engineering teams to drive AI-enabled solutions and automation in cloud operations. Define and implement customer engagement standards and best practices across the CSA community. Guide clients through the full cloud adoption lifecycle: discovery, design, deployment, and optimization. Develop and share reusable architectural patterns and reference implementations. Mentor internal teams and contribute to technical enablement through training and documentation. Collaborate with stakeholders across compliance, identity, and connectivity domains to ensure secure and compliant cloud deployments. Qualifications: Required/minimum qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 4+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience. 4+ years experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external). Other Requirements: The successful candidate must have an active U.S. Government Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance. Clearance Verification: This position requires successful verification of the stated security clearance to meet federal government customer requirements. You will be asked to provide clearance verification information prior to an offer of employment. Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter. Citizenship & Citizenship Verification: This position requires verification of U.S citizenship due to citizenship-based legal restrictions. Specifically, this position supports United States federal, state, and/or local United States government agency customers and is subject to certain citizenship-based restrictions where required or permitted by applicable law. To meet this legal requirement, citizenship will be verified via a valid passport, or other approved documents, or verified US government clearance.
