Project Manager- Site Acquisition/ Small Cell Construction

Client is looking for a Project Manger to lead initiatives around site acquisition for their Small Cell construction team. Hybrid role in Irving, TX, 3 day per week on site, 2 remote. Details below: Must-haves 7+ years experience in cell site construction/ acquisition/ project management and real estate coordination (Telecom) Experience in construction related to small cells, in-building and/ or DAS (Knowledge around power design, construction documents, etc.) Background in zoning/ permitting, leasing agreements Experience with vendor coordination/ management Experience tracking milestones, financials and POs Plusses Strong experience with Google Suite Prior Verizon Experience Fuze experience Day-to-Day An employer is looking for a Real Estate/ Construction Specialist in the Irving, TX area. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate site acquisition duties as it pertains to the clients small cell and in-building cell sites. You will partner closely with these 3rd party vendors to track current projects, milestones and related financials. You will be uploading real estate documents into the client databases/ systems (Fuze) and route them to leadership for execution. You will coordinate with these vendors to ensure timely payments, updates and remove bottlenecks accordingly to prevent project delays. Additional tasks may include updating field data in client databases, cell site modifications and other related administrative duties.
