Role focuses on scalable platform development, integrations, and compliance within a high-security environment. Requirements: Active TS/SCI with Full-Scope Polygraph. 48 years building on ServiceNow in production environments (platform configuration + custom development). Proficiency with Flow Designer, Script Includes, Business Rules, Service Portal, and ACL design. Experience integrating ServiceNow with external services via REST/SOAP, OAuth, SAML/SSO, and MID Server. Strong CMDB/Discovery experience and performance troubleshooting.
