The Role
As an
Assistant Project Manager , youll play a key role in supporting project leadership from preconstruction through closeout. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a few years of experience whos eager to step into larger, more challenging projects while learning directly from senior staff. Responsibilities Assist Project Managers with budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination Oversee RFIs, submittals, and change orders to ensure smooth project delivery Collaborate with field staff to track progress and maintain jobsite safety and quality Build strong relationships with clients, design teams, and trade partners Provide detailed reporting and documentation to support project milestones What Were Looking For 25 years of construction project management experience (commercial, K-12, higher education, or healthcare a plus) Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail A proactive communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, or similar) Why Join Be part of a
