Assistant Store Manager - Spirit role at
Spirit Halloween . The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store. The Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the various tasks involved in the overall operation of a store to ensure guest satisfaction, sales and profitability, by maintaining guest services, developing staff, controlling expenses, shrinkage and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control. The minimum age requirement is 18 and the candidate must have a flexible schedule. The physical demands include 8+ hours of standing and walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required. Responsibilities
Support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store. Assist in maintaining Guest Services, developing staff, controlling expenses, shrinkage reduction, and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control to maximize sales and profitability. Qualifications
Minimum age 18 and must have a flexible schedule. 8+ hours of standing and walking; ability to climb ladders, set up fixtures and lift/move up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required. Compensation
Hourly rate ranges from $16.75 to $17.00 per hour, dependent upon qualifications and experience. Benefits
