Overview The Sr. ServiceNow Developer will focus on developing, configuring, and maintaining ServiceNow solutions related to CMDB, CSDM, ITAM, ITSM, and integrations. The individual will collaborate with the team and stakeholders to implement new ServiceNow features supporting Configuration Management and ITAM to drive automation. Responsibilities Develop, integrate, and implement ServiceNow solutions including workflows, forms, lists, business rules, and UI components. Participate in all Agile-related meetings, including User Story grooming, Sprint Planning, and retrospectives. Design, code, debug, document, deploy, and maintain solutions efficiently. Design, develop, and maintain the CMDB database schema, tables, and attributes. Perform unit testing for developed features, including edge cases. Support onboarding of complex technologies in the CMDB, ensuring accurate inventory, dependencies, and lifecycle data. Develop technical design documents and ensure compliance with standards. Perform data load, mapping, and transformation for external data feeds. Coordinate application and platform upgrades and migrations for ITAM/Configuration Management modules. Work with the CSDM Lead and Data Assurance Lead to maximize CMDB value, support standards, data quality, and usage. Participate in SDLC processes, define user stories, plan roadmaps, and support continuous improvement. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree with 6 years of experience in Analytics, Modeling, or Reporting OR High School Diploma with 10 years of relevant experience. Preferred: Bachelor's in IT or related field. Preferred skills include: At least 8 years of IT experience. Minimum 5 years hands-on ServiceNow development, including CMDB and ITAM. Experience with ServiceNow platform project implementations, Agile, Jira, SDLC, DevOps. ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications preferred. Knowledge of scripting (JavaScript, Glide, AngularJS), PowerShell, Python, SQL, GraphQL is a plus. ITIL v3/v4 Foundations certification preferred. This job posting remains active for 45 days. The salary range is approximately $102,000 to $155,000, depending on skills and experience, with potential additional incentives and benefits.
