As a Clinical Product Specialist within our Acute Care & Monitoring business you will enhance the clinical selling process by providing expert-level knowledge of Medtronic pulse oximetry, capnography, our multi-parameter wearable for continuous vital sign monitoring, and our remote monitoring portfolio. You will be responsible for regional clinical sales support providing advanced level clinical expertise and leadership which will include high level presentations, clinical engagements, and attending hospital department and divisional meetings. You will drive hospital adoption and conversions of Acute Care & Monitoring technologies, plus market share gains by working closely with regional and IDN sales teams as well as market development and sales leaders. This position is actively involved in both pre- and post-sale technology presentations and consultation; fostering elements, processes, and building champions in key accounts that result in successful product adoption and customer satisfaction/loyalty. This Clinical Product Specialist will cover a geography that includes Oklahoma City and Tulsa. Commercial (Onsite) We are seeking a committed professional to join our team, required to reside within the territory and drive to multiple accounts throughout the region. A valid driver's license is essential for this role, which also involves 50-70% travel including outside the territory, presenting opportunities for broader engagement. Job Responsibilities

Acquire and maintain expert-level knowledge of Medtronic Pulse Oximetry & Capnography Products. Develop and deliver educational forums to regional teams, collecting input from the teams, and building clinical acumen. Ability to perform advanced clinical technology presentations and articulate scientific discussions around the Medtronic ACM portfolio in designated key strategic accounts. Collaboratively manage key accounts with the Account Exec, building and maintaining clinical champion relationships. Able to handle multiple complex tasks, prioritize, organize, and meet deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in addition to interpersonal skills that will allow you to be successful in a matrixed sales structure. Align with product marketing teams to support collateral material and programs for existing portfolio as well as new product launches to meet strategic goals. Attend regional, zone and national meetings in support of corporate initiatives working with ACM marketing and sales training department as needed. Execute on New Product Launches focused on areas of responsibilities. Elevate Account Executive team clinical acumen on various aspects of Medtronic ACM Products and Technology. Consultation and participation with local regional sales teams in the evaluation of new and existing products. Conduct demonstrations (side-by-side) and evaluations for Nellcor, Microstream, and wearable continuous monitoring technologies. Function as a supporting contributor in the HealthCast portfolio initiatives as directed. Creates and maintains a SFDC database of key account information, including Pipeline, account profiles, opportunities, and any other pertinent information. Performs special projects as requested. Travel percentage 60-70% Must Have: Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a licensed clinician (RN, RRT, CRNA, ANA, AA, CC Perfusionist), OR Associate's Degree with a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience as a licensed clinician (RN or RRT) within the acute care hospital environment Nice to Have

Field sales/clinical experience in an acute care setting. Experience in a team selling environment. Medical capital and consumable sales experience. Experience in patient monitoring in a variety of care settings (including adult, pediatric, or neonatal ICU). Advanced clinical and technical presentation experience to both small and large audiences. Proficient in Salesforce.com, Sales Analytics and MS Office (including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) Prior clinical research experience and/or scientific publication authorship.
