Project Manager
Koch Capabilities has two openings for experienced IT Project Managers in our Koch Capabilities Technology team (one within Infrastructure and one within the MADICS team). The project managers will define the scope and objectives of projects in collaboration with the project stakeholders. They will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of project outcomes and goals. They will monitor the progress of the project, make any necessary adjustments, and review the quality of the completed work on a regular basis. This individual will support moderately complex to highly complex projects ranging from infrastructure to applications-based IT projects. Responsibilities: Define and plan projects by establishing the project charter, roles, tasks, milestones, costs, success measures, and developing detailed estimates and end-to-end execution plans. Capture and manage requirements by ensuring accurate and complete collection of client requirements and managing key dependencies throughout the project lifecycle. Create and maintain all project documentation, track deliveries, monitor project status, and hold regular status meetings using project management tools. Facilitate daily project coordination adhering to standards and sponsor expectations, including team and client meetings. Identify, track, and resolve or escalate project issues and risks in a timely manner; assess gaps and develop action plans for resolution. Continuously evaluate project progress and quality, analyze financial reports and trends, monitor financial delivery, and escalate financial issues as needed. Confirm project completion with required documentation, repository updates, and customer follow-up. Recruit, motivate, and utilize team members to their fullest potential, mitigate conflicts, and promote efficient teamwork. Deliver well-organized presentations, communicate project information clearly and tactfully, share lessons learned, and facilitate effective meetings. Monitor compliance with company policies and information security risk management throughout the project. Identify improvement opportunities, suggest constructive changes, and adapt to diverse cultural and organizational environments.
