Koch . Your Job Koch Capabilities has two openings for experienced IT Project Managers in our Koch Capabilities Technology team (one within Infrastructure and one within MADICS). The project managers will define the scope and objectives of projects in collaboration with stakeholders. They will oversee the direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of project outcomes, monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary. They will support moderately to highly complex projects, ranging from infrastructure to application-based IT projects. Our Team The Infrastructure Project Manager team handles complex infrastructure transitions, including server builds, network upgrades, cloud migrations, and data center migrations, ensuring stable operations and risk minimization. The MADICS team manages complex business transitions like mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and site closures, focusing on strategic initiatives, minimal disruption, and enterprise-wide results. What You Will Do Define and plan projects, establishing charters, roles, milestones, costs, and success measures. Manage requirements, ensuring accurate collection and dependency management. Create and maintain project documentation, track progress, and hold status meetings. Facilitate project coordination and meetings, adhering to standards. Identify, track, and resolve project issues and risks. Evaluate project progress, analyze financial reports, and escalate issues. Confirm project completion with documentation and customer follow-up. Motivate team members, mitigate conflicts, and promote teamwork. Deliver presentations, communicate clearly, and share lessons learned. Ensure compliance with policies and security standards. Identify opportunities for improvement and adapt to diverse environments. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Experience managing relationships across multiple divisions. Experience managing IT projects from start to finish. Experience with Infrastructure projects. Experience managing cross-functional and global teams. Experience facilitating project meetings. What Will Put You Ahead Experience with Mergers, Acquisitions, Divestitures, and Integrations. Business Analysis experience. Managing software development projects.
