Description

Summary:

This position plays a key role in the Human Resources department by managing the seasonal and year-round hiring pipeline, as well as general HR support. This position coordinates with departments on job postings, sourcing candidates, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires, etc. This role helps shape the guest and employee experience by bringing the right people into the right roles. This role also contributes a variety of essential HR functions that keep operations running smoothly at Brian Head Resort.

Essential Job Functions: Candidate Sourcing & Job Posting:

Draft, publish, and manage job listings across platforms and utilize creative strategies to attract qualified candidates. Onboarding Support:

Coordinate and facilitate new hire onboarding, including paperwork completion and orientation tasks. Hiring Pipeline:

Maintain up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system and ensure smooth transitions from application to hire. Recruitment Events:

Represent Brian Head Resort at career fairs and community recruiting events. Employee Record Management:

Scan, organize, and maintain accurate digital and physical employee files, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and properly filed. Uniform and & Pass Distribution:

Distribute uniforms, name tags, and employee season passes during in-office visits, while tracking inventory accurately. Administrative Support:

Support the HR team by completing data entry, form preparation, filing, and database updates Confidentiality:

Handle sensitive employee information with discretion and professionalism. Employee Support:

Respond to staff inquiries professionally and assist with problem-solving or routing concerns appropriately. Team Participation:

Attend HR meetings, trainings, and assist with department projects as needed. Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.) and general office software. Be able to communicate clearly and professionally via phone, email, and in-person interactions. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a team environment. Friendly, approachable, and eager to learn. Previous administrative or office experience is a plus. Interest in a career in Human Resources or a related field. Benefits and Compensation:
