This role focuses on adult care within a highly specialized mental health organization serving mental health patients. The VP will oversee 8-12 clinics, with travel to various locations within San Francisco and Los Angeles, CA. Note:
Position can be home office based. Preference for candidates near major airports in San Francisco or LA. Responsibilities include: Ensuring delivery of efficient, safe, high-quality patient care meeting regulatory standards. Developing strategic plans to achieve financial, operational, clinical, compliance, and marketing goals. Identifying growth opportunities and overseeing company operations to ensure efficiency, quality, customer service, and resource management. Reviewing metrics, reports, and financial statements for progress and improvement. Building and maintaining organizational stability, leadership teams, and performance accountability. Upholding the organization's mission, vision, values, and principles. Establishing relationships with industry, government, healthcare providers, and the public. Representing the company at legislative and community events. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of management experience. Ability to interpret financial data. Experience in outpatient healthcare settings. Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Experience in building high-performing teams and driving results. Candidate should have 10-15 years of relevant experience, with a bachelor’s degree required and a master’s highly preferred. Compensation includes an annual bonus plan at 30%.
