Job Summary
As a Personal Lines Account Manager at Trucordia, you will perform many diverse responsibilities which ultimately help us succeed in providing extraordinary customer service to our customers. We are seeking a driven and dynamic Personal Lines Account Manager responsible for generating new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
Duties And Responsibilities
Generate new business by identifying and pursuing leads through various channels such as networking, referrals, and cold calling. Identify and develop crossing selling personal insurance opportunities with new and existing clients in person, online, by phone, and through written communication. Maintain and foster relationships with clients. Review accounts and book of business to round out accounts. Conduct business in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of both the business while providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
Valid Florida State Insurance License (220 General Lines Agent or 2044 Personal Lines Agent) Minimum of 2 years insurance industry experience Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication skills and ability to work in a team environment. Thorough knowledge of personal lines coverage and markets. Experience with a client management system, AMS360 as well as proficiency in Microsoft suite.
