TheOperations/Continuous Improvement Manager is responsible for the operationalperformance of TEK Northeast Production, Quality, and Maintenance to ensureoptimal customer satisfaction, while managing the department resources toensure effective and efficient use of processes and equipment within the company. This role oversees two locations: TEK ProcessFlow Technologies in Randolph, MA and TEK Industrial Distribution in Windsor,CT. This position is also responsiblefor maintaining all quality standards, ISOcompliance procedures, and 5S.

Responsibilities and Duties

As aminimum, the following is a basic description of typical duties andresponsibilities expected of the Operations/Continuous Improvement Manager.These duties are not exhaustive and are subject to change as the needs of the organizationrequire.

Coordinateand supervise production in accordance with established policies, principlesand procedures. Manageall operations through the department's supervisors. Facilitatedaily morning production meetings. Conductmonthly safety, quality, and production meetings. Developand execute plans for efficient use of materials, machines, and employees. Overseefacility maintenance in development and execution of preventive and predictivemaintenance programs to ensure minimal equipment downtime. Overseethe maintenance and compliance of all ISO 13485 policies and Lean/5S. Maintainand enforce all safety, production, and quality policies and procedures. Track,monitor, and manage department costs including working hours of machines andemployees. Manageand evaluate all production supervisors. Promote,encourage, and support employee training and development. Promotea positive work environment based on teamwork and continuous improvement. Establishstrong communication between all departments within the organization. Activelyparticipate in leadership team with the President, General Manager, BusinessUnit Managers, Inside Sales Manager, and Supply Chain/Inventory Manager. Maintainfacility, vehicles, and equipment. Keepa clean and safe work environment. Adhere to all TEK's safety rules, regulations, and quality standards. Adhere to all TEK's handbook policies and procedures. Required Qualifications

Highschool diploma or equivalent MicrosoftOffice proficiency, including Word, Excel and Outlook Threeor more years of experience in operations management Threeor more years of supervisory/managerial experience Excellentwritten and oral communication skills Goodorganizational, problem-solving, and time management skills Abilityto measure using different tools Abilityto read and transfer data accurately Goodmath and computer skills Abilityto work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction Strongwork ethic; self-motivated Operatewith high integrity, maintaining positive relations with co-workers, customers,suppliers, and management Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor'sdegree with emphasis on Business or related area Fiveor more years of experience in operations management Fiveor more years of supervisory/managerial experience Company Benefits
