As a Building Maintenance / Janitor at our dealership, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of the dealership's facilities. Your role is crucial in providing a positive environment for both customers and employees. You will perform a variety of maintenance and janitorial tasks to uphold the dealership's standards and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.
Responsibilities:
Cleaning and Sanitization:
Clean and sanitize all areas of the dealership, including offices, showrooms, restrooms, and common areas, according to established standards. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors, carpets, and furniture on a regular basis. Empty trash bins and recycling containers, and dispose of waste properly. Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces to maintain a clean and polished appearance. Inventory Management:
Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment, and reorder items as needed. Keep storage areas clean and organized, ensuring that supplies are easily accessible. Join our team and help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our dealership customers and staff!
